About Chef Robin

My name is Robin, I am 28 years old and live in Rotterdam. In 2007 my journey in the kitchen started. Until today I work about 60 hours a week in the kitchen. I have always continued to develop myself by changing my work environment every year to get in touch with different kitchens. I have held various positions in recent years, from independent working chef to head chef. In recent years I have mainly worked in Rotterdam as sous chef and head chef at Baek Food & Drinks, The Park Rotterdam and THOMS Restaurant & Underground Bar.
