I create exciting, high quality, fresh plates using locally sourced ingredients. My food has bold flavours that are inspired from my world travels. I believe the first bite is with your eyes, so I focus on creative, captivating plate presentation. I enjoy constantly creating new, exciting culinary experiences for my clients.

I have worked as a luxury yacht and personal chef for the past 12 years. I enjoy creating exciting meals that are bursting with flavour. I’ve taken courses around the world including in India, Thailand, Jordan, Italy, Spain, and Mexico. I’m also trained as a health coach which includes in-depth nutrition knowledge.

I’ve completed 4 Atlantic crossings and have successfully cooked for some of the wealthiest people in the world.
