Über Chef Anne-Sophie TournadreMarseille
Marseille
After working for 6 years for an association serving reuse and professional integration, I decided in 2024 to make my passion for cooking my profession while integrating my ecological values.
I trained at La Source (which teaches a sustainable approach to catering), and earned my vocational certificate (CAP). I then did internships in various restaurants in Paris and Marseille, where I was able to continue my training and learning.
I also did my first residency in a restaurant in June 2025, which allowed me to offer a vegetarian menu for which I received very positive feedback!
I now want to offer personalized home services, as well as vegetarian cooking workshops to share my knowledge of plant-based cuisine. What I love most is delighting guests with plant-based cuisine and awakening their curiosity for flavors from elsewhere.
Passionate about world cuisine and having lived in Asia and Latin America, I draw a lot of inspiration from it to enhance seasonal fruits and vegetables with spices, condiments, and fresh herbs. My cuisine is colorful, delicious, and warm.
