I was born and raised in Milan, where my love for cooking grew into a deep passion over ten years of hands-on experience. I’ve had the privilege of working in Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy, where I sharpened my skills and learned how to perfectly pair ingredients. I've also taken part of various high-level cooking schools, to ensure I can cater to different tastes and preferences. Later, I moved to the Netherlands to see how Italian cooking could be enjoyed in an international setting, and along the way, I also picked up an appreciation for Dutch cuisine and its traditions. My partner Nadia, who’s from Naples, and I are committed to offering you more than just a meal—we want to create a special dining experience. Together, we’ll prepare a dinner that not only satisfies your taste buds but also makes your occasion truly memorable and enjoyable.
