Hi ! My name is Ibai Harris! I’m Basque with Irish roots, and since 2019, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a private chef in various parts of the world, from the Mediterranean to Switzerland, Ecuador. My culinary style is a fusion of French Basque cuisine with Asian influences, combined with the vegetarian and vegan cooking I grew up with. In recent years, I’ve been fortunate to work in remote luxury hotels, refining my focus on using local, seasonal, and healthy ingredients. While I truly enjoy my work as a private chef, in my free time, I also teach cooking at a foundation for people with disabilities, which allows me to share my passion for food in a meaningful way.
