Hello, I'm Jacopo Sollazzi. I am a certified chef from the Alma, Italian culinary school in Colorno, and I have worked in various settings, from fine dining Michelin to large restaurants. I have attended specialized workshops in the preparation of fresh pasta and pastry. I love my job, and I enjoy introducing people to Italian cuisine and the Mediterranean diet.
