I have been crafting memorable moments for restaurant guests for over seven years. For two of those years I have been in culinary roles, and I have been honing my craft since I could balance on a stool to help in the kitchen. Food and fire were my first loves because of the strong communal aspects of both, and I am passionate about sharing that love with each plate I put forth. I was taught to cook by my family and built on those fundamental skills on my own time and in the workplace. A perfect bite is a balancing act, and one of my favorite dishes to showcase this is my Boozy Chicken PB&J, which features a peanut gravy and onion-beer jam.
