I've worked in pastry for over 15 years and have given more than 1,000 workshops in Europe and Ukraine. I'm the author of two pastry books and the creator of unique savory cheesecakes, which have become my calling card.

My passion is creating desserts that surprise and delight people. I draw inspiration from both tradition and modern ideas: my recipes are often based on family stories, but always with a contemporary twist.

I'm most proud of my cheesecakes—every time guests say, "I've never tasted anything like this!" I know I'm making them happy.

My goal is to spread joy through desserts and transform an ordinary day into a little celebration.
