We asked Laurent to be our chef for a special family occasion. Laurent was a consummate professional throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Communicating with him beforehand was easy, efficient and stress-free. He was endlessly kind, considerate, patient and accommodating to our every need. For starter, Laurent made a beautiful visually-striking chickpea salad. For main course, he produced a magnificent tender slow-cooked lamb, which was a huge crowd-pleaser (with leftovers lasting for days!). However, the pinnacle of the meal was undoubtedly a stunning croquembouche dessert. Skilfully prepared, visually breathtaking, and absolutely delicious, this was the highlight the occasion. We will be talking about it for many years to come. We are extremely grateful for everything Laurent did for us. It was a joy to have him share in our family occasion and we hope to meet him again some time in the future.

Chef Blondin joined my family in Avignon for our Thanksgiving gathering. He was a pleasure to work with and his food was excellent. We had one vegetarian in the group and her special meal was as excellent as all the rest of the plates. His meal was a highlight of our trip to France.
