I have trained in some of Europe’s finest restaurants and also specialized in pastry at a prestigious culinary school, which led me to become Head of Pastry in starred restaurants. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of cooking privately for highly distinguished individuals—from influential entrepreneurs to elite athletes—who seek more than a meal; they seek an unforgettable culinary experience.

My cuisine blends contemporary Andalusian and Spanish traditions with international influences gathered from some of the world’s top kitchens. I love combining my roots with global flavors—Indian, Japanese, Mexican, Peruvian, Thai, Filipino—crafting dishes that are bold, creative, and full of personality. My favorite dish is cooking the flavors of my homeland, because my homeland shaped me as a chef. Many describe my style as “leaving a lasting mark on the palate”, as the taste of my creations lingers in memory long after the last bite. I have a deep appreciation for ingredients like red tuna from the almadraba, scallops, foie gras, cumin, and tomatoes. These favorites reveal my personality as a chef, but above all, my true passion lies in the art of cooking itself—the endless spectrum of flavors, aromas, and textures that allow me to delight my guests with whatever they dream of or dare to request.
