My name is Alessandra Caprini and I am an Italian private chef, caterer, food designer and bread artist. I was born and I live in Umbria, but I work throughout all italian region inspired by Italy’s landscapes and traditions.

I learned to cook in the authentic kitchens of grandmothers and aunts, alongside my mother, and later on practiced with professional chefs. My cooking is deeply connected to nature and to the rhythm of the seasons. Each proposal is designed to express authentic flavours and natural taste.

Edible flowers are my personal signature, gently finishing each plate with colour and poetry.

Every dish is prepared using fresh, seasonal, organic products sourced from local farms. All breads, bakery items, and handmade egg pasta are crafted by hand.

I personally take care of food shopping and ingredient selection, ensuring quality, freshness, and harmony in every menu. I approach each dish with a designer’s eye, where plating and presentation are as important as flavour.

I pride myself on working with a highly professional team, with experienced waitstaff and a skilled kitchen team supporting me before and during the event: I collaborate with trusted food and event professionals, including pastry chefs for wedding cakes, bartenders for cocktails to create a cohesive and elegant atmosphere.
