Food is still my passion, now with an emphasis on nutrition as healing. Thanks to my studies in Ayurvedic medicine, I integrate this wisdom into my kitchen and guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. In my kitchen and workshops, I cook exclusively with organic, local, and seasonal ingredients. Recently, I started cooking for both private individuals and companies according to Ayurvedic principles with my project rasa, which means taste in Sanskrit.
