Chef with nearly 30 years of professional kitchen experience

I have spent almost 30 years working in professional kitchens, learning every day among stoves, ingredients and people. My career has been shaped within the worlds of restaurants and hospitality, where I have grown both creatively and in kitchen management and team leadership.

I hold formal culinary training, but much of who I am today also comes from home cooking: simple recipes made with respect for ingredients, time and common sense. That foundation still defines my approach to food.

I believe in an honest, flavorful and well-executed cuisine, where the product always takes center stage and every dish has a clear purpose. I enjoy creating everything from a comforting traditional stew to more contemporary plates, always seeking balance, technique and emotion.

The dish I am most proud of is the one that, without unnecessary embellishment, makes the guest smile and say: “this tastes real”. That is the moment I know I’ve truly nailed it.
