Abbiamo avuto il piacere di avere Giuseppe come nostro chef per l’addio al nubilato di una nostra cara amica, eravamo 9 ragazze. Giuseppe è stato incredibilmente professionale, attento, il menù e i piatti erano equilibrati e gustosissimi. Giuseppe ha anche avuto l’accortezza e la gentilezza di stampare il menù, in modo che potessimo conservarlo come ricordo di questa giornata speciale. Abbiamo optato per il menù “il mare in bocca” a base di pesce, che comprendeva favolosi crudi di pesce, incredibile tataky di tonno, gamberi croccanti su crema di fave, calamarata con aragosta, turbante di branzino al forno e un tortino al cioccolato. Il menù era meraviglioso, vario, abbondante e buonissimo e Giuseppe è stato impeccabile, gentilissimo e dalla assoluta e indiscussa professionalità.

Nous avons été ravis par l'harmonie des saveurs et des arômes et par l'équilibre des saveurs des plats. Le chef et son épouse ont su nous surprendre dès les bouchées apéritif puis avec des plats revisités. Les conseils du chef par marier les plats avec les vins étaient très éclairés et ces mariages ont magnifié chaque plat.

Working with Chef Stephane was a wonderful experience. In the weeks leading up to our trip, he made it extremely easy to coordinate the perfect menu for 8 different people with differing palates to include a few picky eaters. His meals and the overall experience he provided were the highlight of our trip. I don't think anyone will forget the meals, and how great of a person Stephane is. I hope we have the opportunity to book with Stephane again one day because it truly was a pleasure to enjoy his food and be able to work with him.

Chef Noel Picard was really helpful in accommodating everyone’s different preferences. He was thoughtful with every little detail, including the service, the presentation and even the kids specific needs. Everything tasted amazing and we couldn’t recommend him more!

We had a fantastic evening, thanks in large part to Chef Nicholas Bianchini. However, we feel that the price-quality ratio is not quite right, partly because cheap ingredients such as bread, pasta and pork were used. The price of the wines was also very high compared to the price of the bottles. In addition, the various courses were served very quickly, meaning we finished everything within two and a half hours.

Delicious food that was very well presented. He was kind, passionate, and open to feedback. I recommend him!

De communicatie met Simone ging heel erg goed en prettig, hij reageert snel en had (ondanks lastige dieet-wensen) binnen no time een mooi menu voor ons samengesteld. De boeking was last minute, maar dat merkte je nergens aan. Op de avond zelf was het eten heerlijk en ging alles naar wens. Simone is absoluut een aanrader als je een goede Italiaanse chef zoekt!

From the moment Chef Camille arrived at our rented villa in Roussillon, we knew we were in for something special. This wasn't just a meal; it was a full-on experience, and one that we’ll be talking about for years to come. First off, Camille’s professionalism was outstanding. He arrived with everything he needed, immediately set a calm, confident tone, and explained the flow of the evening. His timing was spot on — every course came out at just the right moment, creating a seamless and relaxed dining experience. It was clear from the start that we were in the hands of an expert. As for the food, where do I even begin? Each dish was a perfect blend of French tradition and modern flair, with fresh, organic, and locally-sourced ingredients that showcased the very best of the region. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, carefully balanced and thoughtfully executed. It was the best meal any of us had in a long time, and we’ve all eaten at some great places. Camille’s attention to detail was evident in every element, from the presentation to the perfect seasoning. One thing that really stood out was his ability to explain the ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural significance behind each dish. We were able to learn a lot about French cuisine, and Camille’s warm, approachable nature made it all the more enjoyable. It felt like a personal tour through French gastronomy, right in the heart of Provence. And when it comes to clean-up — it was like he hadn’t even been there! Not only was the kitchen spotless, but he left the entire house looking cleaner than when he arrived. If you’re in Roussillon and have the chance to hire Chef Camille, do it. You won’t just get an incredible meal; you’ll be treated to an amazing experience.

Chef Alexandre Monin catered a wonderful evening of fine food and wine for my wife’s 60th birthday which we celebrating in France. They came to the house where we were staying, set up cooked the wonderful meals and tidied away when done. Great quality and great service.

Chef Théo prepared our wedding brunch for our closest family. It was perfect. Everything he made — from the quiche, to the pancakes, to the pastries — was delicious and everyone loved it. Communicating and coordinating with him was also super easy. He really made it so we didn’t have to worry about anything and could just enjoy an excellent meal on our wedding with our families. So grateful and would highly, highly recommend him to anyone.

Chef Jelte created a wonderful celebration dinner for my family and me. Very considerate and knowledgable of dietary restrictions and allergies. It was really comfortable to have Chef Jelte on our rented premises, finding his way around a kitchen that we weren't 100% familiar with either – discreet but also up for a chat. Great service (with lovely small touches for the kids). Can only recommend!

Our experience with Chef Thomas was incredible! We had specific dietary requirements (lactose free and vegan) for some people in our group of 12 and he crafted the menu well to suit these needs. His communication before and during the event was wonderful. On the day, he took time to explain each dish on the menu and we were truly blown away by the quality and taste of everything! We had a wonderful meal prepared by Chef Giuseppe!! The foie gras, duck and dessert were delicious. He even did a separate menu for the children that they loved. Mohammed is a phenomenal chef. We asked him to cater our wedding reception with a 6 course meal for 10 guests and he more than delivered. First, he decorated the dining table immaculately. The design truly felt worthy of the occasion and very and much matched the vibe we were looking for. Our initial course was the biggest charcuterie board I've seen complete with freshly baked bread, an array of thinly sliced meats, a variety of delicious cheeses. The goat cheese with a slight drizzle of honey was mind blowing and paired perfectly with prosecco. The appetizer also included arancini that were incredibly addicting and I could have very easily spent all night filling up on the board and arancini alone. Next, we moved to the sit down portion of the dinner which included scallops, seasonal vegetables, sea bass, roasted potatoes and beef Wellington. The scallops were perfect and practically melted in your mouth. The sea bass was flashy and delicious. The beef Wellington truly stole the show though and was undoubtedly a crowd favorite. Finally, there was dessert quick included macarons, eclairs and tiramisu. The macarons were disappeared from the plate almost immediately by our guests. My personal favorite were the eclairs, the coffee flavor in particular but they were all done if the best I've eaten. The tiramisu came in little custom jars which were adorable. The layout of every dish was so nicely designed we couldn't have asked for more. Mohammed did an amazing job even in the face of last minute schedule changes and delays due to our wedding pictures running longer than planned. He even ended up taking pictures of all the couples and providing us with commemorative frames for the pictures. We head an incredible and memorable night and can't thank Mohammed enough for all his hard work.

We hired Chef Maeva to celebrate a special occasion of my mom's and stepdad's 60th birthday. Maeva was very flexible with our menu & budget wishes. We have some dietary restrictions and had a vegan last minute addition to our party as well. The food was beautifully presented and everyone thought it was delicious. We would definitely hire Maeva again and would recommend her without hesitation! Due to being accidentally double booked, Maeva was a little late to our party. She let me know ahead of time so we could plan around it, so it wasn't a big deal. But her whole demeanor was a little anxious and rushed as a result.

Our familiy was celebrating a birthday in a vacation house and we had Chef Farina Mickael to organize a bbq for the event. Everyone enjoyed the dinner, adults and children alike. All communication with FM was smooth and he managed to adjust the menu very well to our needs and wishes. We can easiliy recommend Chef Farinas service.

Thomas was the most wonderful chef. Nothing was too much trouble. We were a group of 8 girls and a baby, it was my friends hen do and he was so lovely from start to finish. Communication was great, he was happy to cater the menu to suit us, we had mainly pescatarian and a vegan and he adapted the menu to suit. He held my baby for me so I could eat and was happy to pause one of the courses so we could play a game. The food was amazing, so much care was taken. We were late getting ready and he didn’t rush us, or the courses. The price was so reasonable as well we had a small budget and he adapted it so we could afford it. If you’re looking for a chef to cater a private dinner for you this is the man for you!

Chef Gerard is een zeer gepassioneerde chef kok met overheerlijk eten in een ontspannen, vriendelijke ambiance. Het contact was van begin af aan warm en fijn ondanks de taal barrières. Het menu was toegankelijk voor iedereen en echt overheerlijk. Nog nooit zo'n lekker vlees op. Het smelte op de tong 😊 Het tempo lag in begin iets te hoog maar na dit aan te hebben gegeven paste hij dit ontspannen aan. Wij hebben een fantastische avond gehad en zeer genoten. Nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir la cuisine de Théo Moisan ce 3 août, et ce fut une superbe expérience ! Tout était parfaitement maîtrisé, des amuses-bouches jusqu’au dessert, avec une mention spéciale pour le travail des agrumes, d’une justesse remarquable. Hortense was as excellent as we’d hoped for my husband’s birthday dinner. She was professional, kind and her food was absolutely delicious. She had the unfortunate experience of an oven that didn’t work and she pulled it off like a pro, creating a delicious meal for 18 of us to enjoy! The private dinner was a surprise birthday gift for my husband from our daughter and myself. It was a good choice and a lot better than dining out in a restaurant! We enjoyed an incredible four-course dinner, the food was beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and truly Italian. Marco served everything so elegantly and even left the kitchen spotless afterward! We are extremely grateful to him!

Our evening with Chef Derek was unforgettable. It was one of the most ecstatic dining experiences I had in my life, comparable to Alinea in Chicago, but this time in our very own apartment. We discussed making a wedding and fathers day suprise to my husband who is an extremely picky eater, a New Yorker with well developed taste. Derek didn’t only transformed our apartment to a fine dining space but both visually, and tastefully crafted an unexpected, elegant, delicious yet very warm feeling. We can not wait to go back to their supper club, experience the warmth, beauty and creativity again. Derek and his partner are very professional, creative, passionate food and experience artists. I can 200% recommend them for any special occasion or just for a life enhancing treat for yourselves!

We had the most amazing meal with Bruno & Leah. We are a family of 14. They were very professional and made the perfect restaurant experience but at home. We had such a wonderful evening celebrating a family birthday, with the most delicious food cooked for us by Chef Apolline. Apolline was efficient to communicate with, worked with us to create a menu which suited our needs and then made the most amazing food. We are so grateful for her helping us make the celebrate so special. I would highly reccommend Chef Apolline!

Avec un peu de retard mais d’excellents souvenirs en tête, il etait important d’ecrire à quel point le professionnalisme de Gerard nous a permis de célébrer l’anniversaire de mon époux en tte sérénité, en nous consacrant à nos invités grâce à un chef de grande qualité, qui connaît son metier sur le bout de ses doigts! Et nous n’oublierons pas non plus son épouse, discrète, attentive et attentionnée. Bref, un dîner très réussi grace à eux!

We hired Chef Reginald to cook for our bachelor party. He cooked for us at a vacation home and prepared an amazing barbecue. There were 13 of us, and everyone was absolutely stuffed! The food was incredible delicious.

the experience with chefs Valeria and Gabriel was fantastic. they understood my request perfectly and made lunch very pleasant. all the guests were delighted, highly recommended!

Chef Dante kwam bij ons om een kookworkshop / private dining ervaring te verzorgen voor mijn vaders verjaardag. Dante is enorm aardig, leuk, gepassioneerd en creatief en heeft ons enorm veel geleerd! Hij laat zijn dat hij een enorme passie heeft voor goed koken en vond het geweldig om dat met ons te delen, we hebben enorm veel plezier gehad om met hem te werken in de keuken vandaag. Ik zou iedereen aanraden die op zoek is naar een ervaring in private dining om met Dante te praten! Zijn ervaring in sterrenrestaurants en passie voor koken zorgen echt voor een fantastische ervaring. Nogmaals bedankt!!

We hebben een hele fijne avond gehad met het fantastische diner van Wouter. Alles was goed verzorgd. Het diner bestond uit goede producten met een mooi verhaal erbij. En zijn eigen gemaakte limoncello is ook absoluut een aanrader! Het contact vooraf was ook prettig, reageert snel en denkt mee. Wij hebben enorm genoten en raden Wouter zeker aan voor een leuke, relaxte en heerlijke avond!

It was an amazing meal that Chef Lucas prepared for our group of 20, for my husband’s birthday. Everyone thought that it was one of the best meals of the trip, all the dishes were well balanced with interesting touches. Definitely hire Chef Lucas for your next private dining event!

Chef Nicolas Deschamps was very responsive to my messages and truly adjusted the menu to our liking (great vegetarian options, and multiple entrees). He was very professional before, during and after service, doing everything on time and leaving the kitchen perfectly clean. Guests absolutely loved their food, managing up to 3 options for a large group of 13 people. I would happily re-book with Chef Nicolas for another event.

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée, avec le chef Giuseppe en cuisine. De l’apéritif au dessert, une présence très agréable et discrète. Un grand professionnalisme de la première prise de contact jusqu’à la fin de la prestation. Nous nous sommes régalés. Je recommande vivement Giuseppe.
