My culinary journey began in the heart of the French Alps, where I was shaped by renowned chefs who instilled in me a deep respect for local produce and the delicate balance of flavors. Surrounded by some of the finest ingredients from the Savoie region, I learned to cook with a focus on seasonality and natural preparation, drawing inspiration from the mountains that shape my culinary style.
Through the guidance of exceptional chefs, I’ve mastered a range of cooking techniques and gastronomic styles, blending traditional methods with innovative twists. My approach combines the authenticity of mountain cuisine with a modern, creative flair, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of the Alps and the exceptional produce of the region.
