
About Chef Valeria Loi
I was born in Milan in 1996.
I decided to follow my great love for cooking and turn it into a profession by undertaking a course of studies in Haute Cuisine at the Food Genius Academy in Milan, where I graduated in 2015. During my journey I have worked in many starred restaurants and private homes in Italy and Switzerland, since 2017 together with Gabriel, my partner and life partner.
