Tussen het bevestigen van de afspraak en het bereiden van het menu alles vlekkeloos verlopen door snelle en heldere communicatie. Niets zelf hoeven voor te bereiden en niets zelf op te moeten ruimen in comibi met een heerlijk diner maakte het helemaal af.

Wij zochten voor onze bruiloft een chef die zowel vlees/vis als veganistische gerechten kon bereiden. Dit hebben we met Sherwin zeker goed in weten te vullen. Het was allemaal heel smaakvol en ook bijzonder. Over onder andere de lekkere Vegan Cheesecake hebben de gasten het nog steeds. Sherwin dacht daarnaast goed mee met wat er extra nodig was qua bediening van de gasten, meubels etc. Wel was er een andere kok ziek waardoor er last minute wat in personeel geschoven moest worden. Communicatie was prettig en hij bracht een ontspannen sfeer mee. Kortom, erg tevreden!.

We experienced her passion and professionalism from the minute we started interacting, and all communication was always done in a friendly and timely manner.
Chef Fay created an amazing menu for us with seasonal produce and managed to take us on a flavor journey unlike any other. She arrived well prepared with everything she needed and you could clearly tell that hours of preparation have already gone into the various elements.
On top of being so well prepared, chef Fay is also extremely flexible and able to create the most amazing things in a heartbeat! An hour before our guests were due to arrived I enquired as to whether an additional course (amuse) would be possible, and even though this is never an ideal request, Fay did not hesitate to quickly get some fresh items from the AH and make this happen in the most amazing way imaginable.
Chef Fay was absolutely lovely to have around; friendly, warm, spontaneous, courteous and so incredibly professional and polite. It was so lovely to enjoy the evening with our friends while glancing into the kitchen now and again to admire chef Fay at work, and then listen to her explain more about her creations with so much love and passion.
She brought beautiful cutlery and crockery for every course and all courses were served with seamless elegance!
Every course was absolutely gorgeous to look at but tasted even better than it looked. Chef Fay’s food is honest, sophisticated but not pretentious, modern and flavorful yet honoring some traditional elements, and full of imagination and surprise.
Our guests could not stop talking about the food, and the manner in which chef Fay prepared and served it; and we share their sentiments! One of our guests kept saying “she’s a true natural professional” - and I think that says it all!
We are more than thankful and appreciative for every single effort that went into making this evening unforgettable! It was perfection!

De dag was perfect verzorgt. Lekker eten vooral. De bediening was ook super. Jullie zijn allemaal erg vriendelijk en lief. Voor de afspraken was het soms even lastig i.v.m. de taalbarrière, maar alles is meer dan goed gekomen. Wat wel nog een opmerking is dat we misschien teveel verschillende soorten witte wijn hadden en dat Mag een paar keer heeft bijgeschonken in een glas drogen wijn Chardonay, met zoete Duitse wijn. ( de verkeerde wijn dus). Dat kan eigenlijk niet. Verder had de bediening best wat meer mogen vragen hoor. Ze hadden i.p.v. koffiemelk gewone halfvolle melk in de melkkannetjes geschonken voor de koffie. Is geen ramp maar had niet gehoeven. De chef-kok had zich best even mogen laten zien direct na het diner, zodat de gasten hem konden bedanken met een applausje bv. Mijn man had nog een kleine opmerking over het hoofd gerecht dit had hij aan Mag verteld. Ver chapó. Heel erg bedankt voor deze onvergetelijke dag. Groetjes Pieter en Jolanda.

Gisteren hebben mijn dochter en ik een culinair cadeau aan mijn ouders gegeven. Chef Jan Baltussen kwam langs om een voortreffelijk 4-gangendiner te bereiden.
Vooral verliep de communicatie vlekkeloos, snel en efficiënt.
Jan kwam keurig op tijd en er ontstond direct een ontspannen sfeer. Ook mocht mijn dochter helpen in de keuken en dat vond zij fantastisch!
Daarnaast werden de gangen gecombineerd met heerlijke wijnen en hebben mijn ouders genoten. Een zeer geslaagde avond, die absoluut 5 sterren waard is.
