Thomas was the most wonderful chef. Nothing was too much trouble. We were a group of 8 girls and a baby, it was my friends hen do and he was so lovely from start to finish. Communication was great, he was happy to cater the menu to suit us, we had mainly pescatarian and a vegan and he adapted the menu to suit. He held my baby for me so I could eat and was happy to pause one of the courses so we could play a game. The food was amazing, so much care was taken. We were late getting ready and he didn’t rush us, or the courses. The price was so reasonable as well we had a small budget and he adapted it so we could afford it. If you’re looking for a chef to cater a private dinner for you this is the man for you!

Tiago and Patrica where superb! The communication from the very first contact was exceptional and Tiago was very responsive to our needs and altering the menu to suit us and our guests. On the day the food Tiago and Patricia produced was amazing and all the little 'extras' that they provided very much appreciated and enjoyed by us and our guests. Without any hesitation I can throughly recommend Tiago. I just wish I had taken pictures of the food to add to this review.

Vera cooked a wonderful 6 dish buffet style meal for 14 people which included some traditional Portuguese dishes. The baked creamy cod, garlic & lemon shrimp, and duck rice dishes were our favourites.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Deniz as our chef during a 5-day retreat in Portugal, and I can truly say that he is extraordinary. The food he prepared was absolutely delicious, every meal was a masterpiece, cooked with so much care, flavor, and attention to detail. Deniz is not only a highly professional chef, but also an incredibly kind and thoughtful person. He was attentive to our needs, always made sure everything was perfect, and brought such a warm and supportive energy to the retreat. You can feel the passion and love he puts into every dish. I wholeheartedly recommend him, if you have the chance to work with Deniz or enjoy his cooking, you are in for a real treat. He is outstanding in every way. Thank you, Deniz, for everything. You made this retreat unforgettable.

Chef Lino went above and beyond to make our dinner exceptional. He was wonderful to work with and the food he prepared was with care. He exceeded our expectation and was a highlight of our trip to Portugal. His passion for food, the craft, the history, the science was evident with how he complemented each dish with insight and stories. We felt very lucky to be in his care for the night.

Very professional and easy to communicate with. Particular highlights were the wine pairings, the ceviche and the chicken and rice main course.

Tiago was fantastic! I highly recommend hiring him. He was very responsive, flexible and super friendly prior to and during our yoga retreat. He straight away understood our needs and proposed great menus. During the retreat he listened to our feedback and adapted the subsequent meals e.g. reduced sugar. The food was great, including taste & presentation. Tiago pays attention to detail, the service and explanation of the dishes is highly professional. We felt very well taken care of, thank you so much Tiago!!

Amazing! The ovelha was fantastic, and he was extremely accommodating with making special dishes for a few people with gluten allergies. I would highly recommend him!

The dinner was canceled well in advance because of a miscommunication on location thru no fault of Chef or myself. I have tried to contact Chef Maison 3X to get a refund. No response from them. Having to dispute charge with credit card company. I would appreciate it if Chef Maison would contact me or better yet, just refund to original form of payment. Right now cannot give this platform (ChefMaison) a good review.

Loreena is wonderful as person and as cook. We really enjoyed her meals and love to have her again for an occation. We absoluty can recommend her a chef!

Vous pouvez faire appel au Chef Johann Schopff les yeux fermés! Une très belle expérience pour un anniversaire de mariage (7 personnes). Les plats sont très biens présentés, bien travaillés et les produits de qualité. Nous nous sommes régalés. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Bref : au top, à renouveler!

Thanks for the dinner of yesterday, it was amazing! I can’t wait to eat again this tuna tataki, we really loved it. Let’s stay in touch for next summer in Ibiza.
