About Chef Fiona Talmard
We are a young couple who founded our private chef and catering company one year ago, after honing our skills in prestigious restaurants such as those of Alexandre Mazzia and Alexandre Couillon. Fiona has also gained experience working in Michelin-starred establishments in Cannes and Monaco, while Alexandre has worked in luxury hotels in Courchevel.
Our goal is to create tailor-made, gourmet menus that meet our clients' exact expectations, using the finest local ingredients and delivering an exceptional level of service.
Through our company, we have extensive experience catering for family gatherings, corporate events, as well as private dining in villas and châteaux.
