About Chef Constance du Passage
After several years working in human resources, I decided to follow my true passion: cooking. Trained at the Ferrandi Paris School of Gastronomy, I earned my CAP in Culinary Arts before gaining experience as a sous-chef in various restaurants.
My cooking is inspired by the Mediterranean: I love mezzes, colorful dips served in the center of the table, shared plates, and sunny, generous dishes. For me, cooking is above all about offering a moment of pleasure and conviviality.
Today, I offer you a tailor-made culinary experience, right in your own home in Marseille. Whether it’s an intimate gourmet dinner, a festive meal, or a friendly gathering, I come to you to delight your taste buds.
