Hi there I am Angelica! Originally from New a York City I began my culinary obsession at the age 10 ten spending hours in the kitchen after school making anything I could. This obsession blossomed soon into passion and then a career. At 17 I finished high school and began work at the 3 Michelin star eleven Madison park. It is there that I learned many skills and excelled through the kitchen ranks even being published in their latest cookbook. After 2 years I left to pursue my longing desire of living in Europe and set foot here in Switzerland where after working in luxury restaurants such as the Japanese Chedi andermatt

I now own my own dessert business and of course still make time for my love of cooking by offering private dining experiences for those in the Basel/ Zurich area.
