My name is Debora and I am a plant-based chef, psychologist (M.Sc.), and certified nutritionist with a focus on Ayurveda and gut health. I am passionate about delicious food and committed to health and well-being. I value quality products, great taste and lifelong learning.
For me, eating plant-based isn't about giving up culinary pleasures; It's about feeling more vibrant, balanced, and wholly satisfied.
My vegan journey began in 2016. Since then I have uncovered a world of exciting new products and flavour combinations. My recipes are influenced by the 60 countries I explored.
My cuisine has an ASIAN focus with MIDDLE EASTERN and MEDITERRANEAN influences.
