I have built my career within different recognized bistronomic restaurants, where requirement, precision and taste of the product are at the heart of each plate. Trained in the South West of France with a chef from major international gastronomic houses, I have developed a solid expertise nourished by varied influences and a sensitive approach to cooking.

After several experiences within different establishments, I chose to settle in Switzerland in order to devote myself to the world of private chef and event planning. I have notably collaborated with Kando Event, the reference for luxury events in Verbier, on high-end and tailor-made services.

Today I put my expertise at the service of special moments, whether it is family tables, reunions with friends or exclusive events. I Swiss a custom-made cuisine, sincere and refined, thought to please, create connection and offer a dining experience that is both elegant and generous.
