I come from Italy, from Rome , since I was really young I always had a deep passion for the food, drinks and until now I still really like to try different food places and bar, of course I love to cook ! First time I started to work in a restaurant I was 14 and since then I worked in the food and beverage field for more that 15 years with experiences in Italy, UK and United States . My background is in the restaurants as waiter but the kitchen has been always a big passion of mine . Since 2015 I started to be interested in the Pizza world following the developing of the different trends . In 2021 I moved to the Netherlands with the project to open a takeaway Italian Pizzeria together with 2 other Italian friends, our idea is to bring our vision of the authentic Italian Pizza to the people around Amsterdam considering quality, innovation, passion, and tradition, all while prioritizing health and well-being using all 100% Italian and local fresh products . After few years of studying, planning and making everything we needed to do before the opening finally we are now open and ready to go !

About our dough, we created a blend of high quality flours, sourdough, extra virgin olive oil, salt and filtered water, the result is an amazing crispy and light pizza with the high digestive characteristics, at the first bite you will immediately notice something different . Of course we took care of the toppings as well selecting the best Italian charcuterie and cheese together with fresh local products . Our menu goes beyond Pizza; we offer a delightful selection of Starters, Sandwiches ( we use the same dough we use for the pizza ), Soups, Pasta, and Desserts, including Vegetarian and Vegan options . We are available for Pizza Catering, Business Meeting Meals, Lunch Box and Events !
