Paulo 🤍 thank you for allowing me to be part of such a special evening. I genuinely enjoyed every moment, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Seeing you celebrate your team’s success and achievements was truly inspiring. It reminded me of the achievement I am building in my own life through my creativity, my food, and the experiences I create for people around the table. Your words touched me deeply. Knowing that the food made you feel something, and that you could feel my soul in the dishes, means a lot to me. Thank you for trusting me with your evening and for taking the time to share such beautiful words. I will remember this one too & can't wait till next time promise 🤍

Thank you, Rebecca. ❤️ From the moment you opened the door until the moment you said goodbye, the whole evening was filled with kindness, warmth & joy. Your family brought such a beautiful spirit to the table, and I truly loved the feeling of togetherness you all shared. And especially your grandmother 😊 She was such a joy and a blessing. I couldn’t help but think of my own grandmother and the way she treated us with such kindness, always encouraging us to be better. I’m so happy you enjoyed the flavours, and that my passion & creativity reached you all through the food. That is one of the most beautiful parts of what I do. It was an absolute pleasure and a true joy to be your chef. Thank you for the kindness, love, and genuine appreciation you showed me. Every meal was made with my heart, and knowing it was received with such warmth means more than words can express.
