I am a passionate young chef with a background in modern Greek-mediterranean cuisine, focusing on sustainable gastronomy. I am always seeking opportunities to grow professionally and deliver memorable dining experiences. I live at an Urban Farm, where I manage the vegetable garden, which I use as an extension of my kitchen. 

I recently created my own concept, Pam’s Pan, where I host private dinners with conversational topics to create human connections. At the table, people who don't know each other meet, have good food, wine and meaningful conversation. Besides that, I host pop-up tables in nature, cook for birthdays and weddings, or organise foraging walks.
