He has been cooking since his childhood and remains passionate about the flavors of his island: Réunion Creole cuisine is a blend of French and European influences as well as African, Indian, Malagasy, and Chinese. Attuned to the developments of his time, he has also incorporated elements of Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisine.

The smile says it all. Patrick loves what he does, and his joy is reflected in his preparation, service, food, and clean up. His blend of gastronomic styles is unique and represents his very own, eclectic, creation of food concepts - everything came with just a bit of a twist - a Patrick personal recipe. Patrick came, entertained, and left everything as it was. Well done!
