Having graduated from the Ferrandi Paris school after 5 years of study, I had the opportunity to learn about French haute cuisine and to be trained by chefs from 2-star restaurants in the south of France and in Paris.

I offer a plant-based cuisine focused on vegetables, which I particularly enjoy working with in all their forms. I enhance them with herbs and spices that elevate my ingredients. I cook meats and fish at low temperatures and sous-vide. This combination allows me to create a light, refined, and colorful cuisine.

Une expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin ! Nous nous sommes régalés, chaque plat était une véritable explosion de saveurs, avec des assiettes aussi belles que généreuses. Tout était délicieux, raffiné et très copieux ! Un vrai moment de plaisir qui a fait l’unanimité autour de la table. Je n’hésiterai pas une seconde à faire de nouveau appel à ce chef pour une prochaine occasion. Encore un grand merci pour cette superbe expérience !

This was my first time hiring a private chef, as recommended by my Airbnb’s host. Simon was the first chef who sent me the message, so we decided to go with him! My friends and I very much enjoyed the experience - the food was very tasty, all the way from the starter to the dessert! Also, Simon was very helpful, he provided us a list of choices and a wine list to go with each meal. Highly recommend!

J'ai contacté Chef Simon Provost pour le baptême de mon fils. Il a été d'une grande écoute dans la préparation du menu. La journée a été particuièrement réussite. Tout était absolument délicieux, une cuisine fine et des assiettes soignées. Je recommande vivement Chef Simon Provost pour son professionnalisme et la qualité de sa cuisine. C'est également une personne discrète qui s'est très bien adaptée à l'espace qu'il découvrait. Je garderai un très bon souvenir de ce repas et serais ravi de refaire appel à ses services.
