Chef Tiago is very personable and brings a wealth of culinary confidence to his creations. Our group had visited multiple highly rated restaurants from Porto to Algarve on this Portugal trip and have paid more for meals in some instances that have not matched our experience with him.

Tiago and Patrica where superb! The communication from the very first contact was exceptional and Tiago was very responsive to our needs and altering the menu to suit us and our guests. On the day the food Tiago and Patricia produced was amazing and all the little 'extras' that they provided very much appreciated and enjoyed by us and our guests. Without any hesitation I can throughly recommend Tiago. I just wish I had taken pictures of the food to add to this review.

Tiago was fantastic! I highly recommend hiring him. He was very responsive, flexible and super friendly prior to and during our yoga retreat. He straight away understood our needs and proposed great menus. During the retreat he listened to our feedback and adapted the subsequent meals e.g. reduced sugar. The food was great, including taste & presentation. Tiago pays attention to detail, the service and explanation of the dishes is highly professional. We felt very well taken care of, thank you so much Tiago!!
