I come from a true hospitality family and have been surrounded by cooking and hospitality from a young age. My culinary background is broad: I have experience with French and Arabic cuisine, fusion food, and I attended hotel school and completed a culinary training program in the Netherlands.
I also worked in restaurants with a Chinese-Japanese concept, which further refined my technique and precision. Yet, my heart lies with sushi. With over six years of experience in sushi, I have specialized in quality, refinement, and presentation.
My goal is to offer guests a high-quality and memorable sushi experience, where flavor, freshness, and experience are paramount. I believe that with my experience and passion, I can create one of the best sushi private dining experiences. My Wagyu is also super popular.
