The choice of excellence

Here, everything revolves around the love for tasty, healthy and fresh food. We believe in the power of good food and the cosiness that comes with eating together. Our passion is preparing meals that not only pamper the taste buds, but also contribute to a healthier lifestyle. With a focus on less salt, more herbs and mainly unprocessed food, we strive to make every meal a party. Our range is diverse and carefully composed. Whether you like a hearty portion of vegetables, less meat and more fish or want vegetarian options, you will always find something to your taste with us. We also have plenty of choice for lovers of low-carb dishes. Special dietary requirements? No problem, we are happy to take your personal preferences into account. In addition to our meal service, we also offer workshops for up to 12 people, in which we share the secrets of healthy and tasty cooking. A few times a year we open our pop-up restaurant, where we organize theme evenings in a cozy and informal atmosphere. We are proud of our collaboration with local butchers and poulterers, which benefits the quality of our dishes. Our goal is to let you and your loved ones enjoy delicious meals that are good for body and mind. Are you curious about our tasty and healthy creations? My passion for cooking ignited at a young age. I started at home, preparing fresh vegetables from our garden. I am driven to present food with pure flavors in a sensational way on the plate. During my studies at the Cas Spijkers Academy, I gained extensive experience and knowledge at various restaurants, including De Loohoeve in Schoonloo and Cour du Nord\* in Nooitgedacht.
