Chef Caglan Deniz is just perfect for your event! We celebrated the 40th birthday of my wife with family and friends on Chateau La Vigne and he made the day with a fantastic 3 course dinner. Easy to work with and reliable form beg9inning to finishing applause. Quick in responding, easy to come up with a menu fitting our financial frame and super professional acting in the kitchen of the properties owner. A pleasure to meet - as a chef and a great person! Chef Caglan is a very sweet person. We had a lovely evening with 15 friends. The communication is great. I was insecure about the concept, but he reacts very fast and took all my doubts away. The food was very good off tasting and seasoning. The ribs were scrumptious, but I believe in honesty, in this 5 star liked world. I am a spoiled women and some presentation could be fine tuned. Puree puffs? Pavlova prepared in advance? Still preparing food while Holland is not your home base, Chapeau. Thank you Deniz for giving us a magical wedding anniversary.
