With more than 20 years of experience in professional kitchens, I have cooked at every level — from accessible concepts to Michelin-starred restaurants, where precision, calm, and quality make all the difference.
I graduated from the Cas Spijkers Academy, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the Netherlands, where craftsmanship, discipline, and flavor development are at the heart of the training.
My cooking style is best described as pure, thoughtful, and refined. I work with deep respect for seasonal ingredients, focusing on balance, detail, and clarity of flavor on every plate.
The dish I am most proud of? That changes. But the moment when guests fall silent at the table and then begin to smile — that is what I cook for.
As a private chef, I enjoy working on location and taking care of every detail, from menu creation to full execution. I cook for people who value quality, attention, and a relaxed yet refined dining experience — whether at home, in a business setting, or during an intimate gathering.
