One of the things I love most about my work is the opportunity to bring my creations and professionalism directly to my clients' homes, in a private and intimate setting, as a personal chef!
After gaining twenty years of experience in various restaurants and learning how to handle the preparation of meals for both small gatherings and large, complex events with many attendees, I can assure anyone willing to put me to the test that I pay maximum attention to the complete management of the kitchen!
As a personal chef, I clearly understand the goal of fully satisfying my clients' needs, from dietary/nutritional requirements (organic, vegan, vegetarian, etc.) to health-related concerns (allergies, intolerances, medical conditions → thus gluten-free, lactose-free, low-protein, low-calorie diets, and so on), or even simply personal taste! This means a deep knowledge and targeted study of nutritional values, food and beverage pairings, and cooking techniques best suited to specific needs.
