My name is Sandra Bugter and I specialize in private dining for 2 to 10 people
I am a classically French trained chef and have gained years of experience in various kitchens from Bistro to Michelin affairs. I have workt at Restaurant Sense 1* in Den Bosch, and I am a member of Euro Toque with my catering company.
Through my experience abroad I am familiar with the exotic cuisine and spices, this works to my advantage to create classic with a modern twist in the dishes I create. Because I live in Flevoland, I regularly go to the farmers and buy as much as possible locally. Seasonal vegetables supplemented with fresh fish, wild, meat but also a surprising vegetarian menu is among the possibilities. Together with you we create the menu. I provide the food, you provide the company and together we make it a great night!
How does an evening with me work? To begin with, I will create the menu together with you. This is entirely based on your wishes and preferences. On the evening/day itself I will be there about an hour beforehand to make the preparations. This means baking sandwiches, setting the table and preparing the dishes. I bring everything with me, you literally get the luxury restaurant in your own home. This means that I bring my own pans, knives and other kitchen utensils, but also the crockery, cutlery, table linen and decanters. I serve a matching wine with each dish. For extra luxury supplements such as wine the higher segment grand cru ect. lobster, caviar, goose liver, oysters, extra in-between dish, this can also be at extra cost, in consultation with you. I start with a nice amuse bouche, bread & butter, then the party can begin, a luxury 4 course dinner complemented by good wines and ending with a Grand Dessert with various sweet treats and savory cheeses, accompanied by a port or dessert wine. Of course it is also possible as an extra service to reserve service (up to 6 people I do it alone) after 6 people it is always including service this is an additional price. Afterwards I make sure the kitchen is left as clean as at the beginning of the evening. You literally get the restaurant in the house and do not have to look back
