My name is Alexane, I’m 21 years old, and I’ve been passionate about cooking for nearly 8 years.
I’ve completed a full culinary education: starting with a 2-year CAP Cuisine, followed by a 2-year Professional Culinary Baccalaureate, and finally a BTS in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, specializing in cuisine, while training in a bistronomic restaurant.
Alongside my studies, I launched my own business as a self-employed chef. For the past 5 years, I’ve been working with an event catering company, which has given me strong hands-on experience.
What I love most about this profession is the endless creativity. Cooking allows me to invent, reinvent, and explore new flavor combinations—every dish becomes a way to express myself.
