Born in Nova Milanese, Italy in 1986, I have been passionate about Italian cuisine since my youth. I completed my education at the Carlo Porta Hotel Institute in Milan. I further developed my professional career at the renowned Roberto’s Fine Dining Italian Restaurant in the Hilton Hotel in Amsterdam.
In 2018, I became the Dutch pasta champion at the Barilla Pasta Event.
My style in the kitchen focuses on:

My goal is to continue cooking Italian food in the simplest and most authentic way, just as it was taught to us — without needing to change it with creative gimmicks.
