We had a wonderful experience with Chef Fulden in Mykonos! Communication was easy and seamless from the start, and she was incredibly kind, punctual, and accommodating. The food was delicious, generous, and beautifully prepared, creating exactly the warm and convivial atmosphere we were looking for. She adapted perfectly to our needs and was always very clear and responsive throughout the whole process. A fantastic experience from beginning to end — we would book her again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

The food was exceptional. Fantastic experience and suprisingly so much food we had left overs. Thank you Chief Fulden

Fulden was kind, communicative, and always proactive in finding solutions for us. The food was absolutely delicious, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. For our wedding, Fulden thoughtfully took into account my Mexican heritage and created a dish that subtly and elegantly reflected my background. It was a very meaningful touch that made our celebration even more special.

Chef Fulden Kargi Made Our Greek Vacation Unforgettable! Our group of five couples recently rented the stunning Capro Villa near Agios Nikitas, Greece, and hiring traveling chef Fulden Kargi for the week was hands-down the best decision we made. If you are looking to elevate your vacation from great to absolutely exceptional, look no further. From start to finish, Chef Fulden was a consummate professional. She handled every single aspect of our dining experience with absolute thought and precision. Before we even arrived, she was meticulously planning our custom menus and gathering our various dietary restrictions. Once on-site, she took care of all the grocery shopping and showcased an incredibly wide variety of cooking methods. As an expert traveling chef, she is truly able to make anything—whatever we craved, she executed flawlessly with immense talent and skill. What truly made the week magic, though, was her personality. Chef Fulden is warm, energetic, positive, and friendly. She didn't just cook for us; her wonderful presence was a perfect addition to our daily vacation dynamic. Because we didn't have to worry about meal prep, cooking, or cleanup, our group was able to completely live in the moment and focus on creating lifelong, memorable memories together in Greece. Hiring traveling chef Fulden Kargi is highly, highly recommended!

Worked with Fulden and Burak in challenging circumstances, under great stress and extreme weather; they were always professional and hard workers. Thank you for an excellent service!

Two Aprons delivered an absolutely stunning private dining experience that exceeded every expectation. From the heirloom tomato salad with whipped feta and aged balsamic paired with a crisp Albariño, to perfectly executed beef tenderloin medallions with truffle potato purée alongside a bold Ribera del Duero, to a glorious Basque cheesecake with berry compote finished with Pedro Ximénez Sherry, every course was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. The Spanish wine pairing journey they curated tied the entire meal together with real elegance, giving the evening a cohesive and refined character from start to finish. What struck us equally was the professionalism of the team throughout and the remarkable value for the caliber of food and service delivered. This is the kind of meal you talk about long after the trip is over. We would not hesitate to book Two Aprons again and will absolutely be doing so.

I want to share my amazing experience with Chef Fulden Kargi. To be honest, I never hired a private chef before and was a bit nervous about how it works, but Fulden made everything so easy and accessible for us. Since she is a traveling chef, she is very flexible. She helped us build a great menu and was totally fine with our crazy schedule. The food was so tasty and had so much variety! She is a very hard worker—she just comes in and 'ticks' everything away so fast. But more than the food, we felt that she really cares that we have a good time. It was a great experience and we surely will invite her again. Thanks Fulden!

We engaged chef Fulden Kargi through Chef Maison to prepare a special four-course birthday dinner at our rental apartment in Barcelona in April 2026. Fulden is a delight to work with. She responded promptly to our inquiry, suggested a creative menu that catered to our preferences and dietary requirements, and paired each course with an appropriate wine. The whole evening felt both thoughtful and effortlessly refined. Each course was distinct but melded into a harmonious menu—the freshest seasonal ingredients, flavors layered without becoming precious, and textures balanced so every bite was interesting. Plating was beautiful but not fussy. Pricing is fair and appropriate. Fulden is a confident chef with excellent technique. Overall, Fulden gave us truly memorable evening with little effort on our part. We highly recommend her.

Our traveling chef was highly organized and prepared. Great communication. A wide offering of dishes was offered, with room to accommodate requests and changes. Chef arrived hours in advance of service and operated within the parameters of the kitchen and space. She offered our group periodic timing updates to space the evening. We enjoyed all dishes and would book again.

Pure enjoyment! Our first day of vacation started off perfectly. While we were calmly unpacking, Fulden was already preparing a delicious dinner. Every morning, afternoon, and evening we enjoyed the meals. The food was varied, full of flavor, and beautifully presented every single night. For our 10-month-old baby, Fulden prepared special puréed meals every morning and evening. Our 5-year-old nephew was also able to eat everything; all the food was completely kid-friendly. My wife is vegetarian, and she thoroughly enjoyed the dishes as well. If you want to be completely taken care of while enjoying amazing food, Fulden is absolutely the right choice!

We had such a good experience with Fulden! We hired her for 5 days for making breakfast and 5 course dinners in our chalet. She was amazing and I would always recommend her! She is so dedicated and the food was so delicious! She made everything from scratch. Unbelievable! I can’t wait to have her back at our place. Hopefully in summer in the south of France 😍🥳 Thank you, Fulden!! You are the best!

Everything was perfect, we had a great evening and food was super!

I loved working with Fulden! She is such a sweet person! Fulden was also so communicative and easy to reach, and made sure at every stage to hear what our needs were and adapt. Would highly recommend!

Fulden was amazing with our group, even the babies. Lots of fresh and delicious food, excellent houmous and beautifully cooked fish — plus, she really did leave the kitchen cleaner than she found it.

We had an absolutely divine time thanks to the Chef Fulden during a bachelorette party! Everything was absolutely delicious and made with heart. I highly recommend the Chef, who is very attentive and accommodating to everyone's preferences. We had a wonderful evening thanks to her! Thank you again for your kindness and attentiveness. Manon. xx

We had a lovely meal with Chef Fulgen Kargi, who took care of all the details, made a wonderful meal! She was very easy to communicate with during the days prior to the event, and was always happy to accommodate. Highly recommendable!

Chef Fulden Kargi handles everything—ingredient selection, preparation, cleanup—with a thoroughness that transformed our lunch meeting from a logistical challenge into pure enjoyment. Her attention to dietary requirements isn't perfunctory; she checked days in advance, understanding that good food requires careful preparation, not last-minute accommodations. What set her apart was also her communication style: clear, proactive, and refreshingly free of the back-and-forth that I had with other chefs. Her training across multiple cuisines shows in the food—dishes that feel authentic rather than fusion-confused, pleasant looking but not tasty.
