Chef Giuseppe Crespa prepared the most decadent dinner for our group! Truly, it was beyond our expectations. The lobster ravioli, duck, and red shrimp were excellent, as was the presentation. They also left the kitchen spotless. We will absolutely ask Chef Giuseppe and his wife to prepare dinner for us again!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the pleasure of having Giuseppe as our private chef for several days, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. The quality of every dish was outstanding, and the presentation was truly impeccable—every meal looked like it had come straight from a fine dining restaurant. The menus were creative, the ingredients were of exceptional quality, and every single dish was full of flavor. What impressed us even more was how effortlessly Giuseppe catered to our whole family. While preparing refined dishes for the adults, he also made delicious, kid-friendly meals in parallel, ensuring that our children were just as happy and well looked after. Giuseppe was professional, punctual, friendly, and a pleasure to have around. He made our holiday feel truly special, and we would not hesitate to book him again for future events. If you’re looking for an outstanding private chef who combines exceptional culinary skills with warmth and professionalism, we can recommend Giuseppe without hesitation. Thank you again for an unforgettable experience!

Fantastic all the way around. Great communication, wonderful menu. Everything was absolutely delicious. The best duck we’ve ever had. Wine pairings were perfect. It was also one of our group member’s birthday and Giuseppe brought an incredible chocolate cake. You cannot go wrong with him! Quality ingredients, delicious flavors, exceptional service, and just a lovely person all around. Thanks for a magical memory for our family!

We hired chef Giuseppe Crespa to cook a private dinner for a group of twelve, and he exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, his professionalism was outstanding. He was organised, personable, and completely at ease managing a large group. The food was exceptional. Every dish was beautifully executed and genuinely delicious. What particularly stood out was how thoughtfully he handled our group’s varied dietary requirements, adapting dishes without any fuss and without compromising on quality or flavour. Thank you!!

I would absolutely recommend ChefMaison and especially Chef Giuseppe for a number of reasons: the experience was super easy from start to finish. Chef Giuseppe is very responsive and provided excellent suggestions for our special dinner. We were 2 families from different countries meeting in Nice for a surprise birthday dinner and the whole night was perfect! Our birthday guest was so surprised and overwhelmed! The dinner was magnificent, every course was plated to perfection and delicious! We had a guest with dietary restrictions and this was not a problem for Chef Giuseppe. And then he even made a beautiful and fabulous birthday cake. There were 8 of us and everyone was so pleased and full! Chef Giuseppe is wonderful!

We had a wonderful meal prepared by Chef Giuseppe!! The foie gras, duck and dessert were delicious. He even did a separate menu for the children that they loved. Communication was easy and no issues with him getting to the villa and preparing all in our kitchen. He set most of it up before coming. We’d definitely hire him again. Thank you!!

We booked Chef Giuseppe only one week ahead of the event. It was for a dinner with 16 guests. Chef Giuseppe was very responsive and considered our menu questions. In particular, he added several wonderful canapés for drinks before dinner. He suggested a birthday cake and showed up with two cakes to cover the number of guests. A great event. Merci!

Giuseppe cooked a fabulous meal for a special birthday dinner for my family. He was incredibly responsive when planning the menu and put together dishes that were highly customized to the preferences of all the guests. Not only was he collaborative when planning the meal, but every dish was fantastic - all plates were clean at the end of each course (highly recommend his chicken dish, it’s absolutely delicious). He truly made the meal memorable and evening special. The only thing I will note is that he was a little late arriving to set up, but the timing ended up working out great so it was not an issue. He is a very talented chef and was a pleasure to work with.

We loved our special dinner with giuseppe and his wife. They prepared great canape, stunning salad where the mozzarella freshly flew from Napoli for our dinner. The main and dessert were stunning and everyone loved it. We could see only empty plate. We would recommend having giuseppe for other night where you want to relax and spent time with your guests as they have everything under control and can adapt the menu and the service on the night. Only good feedback from here thank you giuseppe!

We worked with him on customizing the menu for food allergies and mixed a few of the menus he has available to better suit our preferences. He was extremely kind and communicative throughout the entire process and flexible! He and his associate arrived right on time. The food was DELICIOUS and the entire process was absolutely seamless start to finish. They even left the kitchen cleaner than it was to begin with! Spotless.
