C’était parfait avec Chef Kazue Hayasaka. Elle est excellente en terme de présentation, qualité et elle était très gentille. Elle est très à l’écoute et avait répondu à toutes notre questions et expliquer les plats avec passion. Elle a prise en compte tout les demandes y compris repas adapté à la enfant. Enfin elle a surpris mon marin avec un très belle gâteau car c’était son anniversaire.

Je recommande vivement la cheffe. Elle a été à l’écoute pour la composition du menu et a respecté les préférences alimentaires. Arrivée à l’heure prévue, elle s’adapte parfaitement et sait se faire discrète. Elle s’est adaptée à notre rythme. Sa cuisine a été réalisée avec des produits frais. Des petits détails dans la présentation des assiettes, dans la proposition des assaisonnements et dans la gourmandise assiettes… c’était délicieux. Et notre cuisine a été investie avec soin. Merci encore pour cette soirée qui a été une surprise, plus que réussie ! Merci beaucoup

C'était la première fois que j'utilisais les services d'un chef et je n'ai pas été déçu. Bien au contraire. Tout est limpide, clair et tellement bon. Des ises en bouche, au plat principal en passant par l'entrée, notre chef Kazue est fantastique. Bravo
