Not only is Chef Mickael Giron a wonderfully talented and personable chef who came to our home and prepared a delicious meal and elevated dining experience featuring duck prepared sous-vide we will remember for years to come he is a wonderful man and a pleasure to get to know. We were a party of six for my birthday and hiring Mickael to cook a dinner for us at home was the best decision I could have made. He was a pleasure to communicate with, very responsive and personable and came up with a delicious menu with inventive combinations of flavors and the best quality local fresh ingredients including herbs from his garden and eggs from his own hens. He has a great flair for creating memorable dining experiences and a great personality to go with it. We will surely hire him again for our next dinner party!

Tout s'est très bien passé. Chef Mickael était présent avec nous lors d'une fête d'anniversaire. Le menu qu'il a choisi a été respecté de manière exemplaire. Tout ce qu'il avait préparé était vraiment délicieux. L'ambiance est vraiment géniale. Il nous a fait part de manière chaleureuse de son travail. La soirée que nous avons passée ensemble était vraiment magnifique.
