For over a decade, I've worked in professional kitchens, including Michelin-starred restaurants in Barcelona, where I learned the value of attention to detail, excellence, and respect for the product. I've also been a head chef for catering services for years, coordinating all kinds of events and cooking for hundreds of people with the same dedication I show at preparing an intimate dinner.

We had such a great experience with Chef Santiago. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and everyone kept commenting on how good it was. He was friendly, professional, and made everything feel easy and relaxed from start to finish. It was such a treat to be able to enjoy a fantastic meal without having to think about anything ourselves. We would definitely recommend Chef Santiago and would happily book him again. Thank you for helping make our few days so special!
