Tuscan Elegance

Italiana
A journey through Tuscany, inspired by long lunches in the countryside, handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients and the simple elegance of Italian cooking. This experience is about more than the food itself. It is about bringing the warmth and atmosphere of a Tuscan table into your home: relaxed, generous and personal, with each course prepared and finished on location. The style is rooted in traditional Tuscan cuisine, but presented in a refined and modern way, allowing the ingredients and flavours to remain at the centre of the experience. The evening is designed to flow naturally, giving you and your guests time to enjoy the food, the wine and each other’s company without feeling rushed. The experience can be adapted to dietary requirements and personal preferences. **Prices start from €75 per person, depending on the number of guests and final menu selection.**- Tuscan Bruschetta Amuse- Buffalo Burrata Starter- Pici all’Aglione- Ravioli with Porcini and Truffle- Tagliata di Manzo- Tiramisu with Cantucci

A Taste of Home - Classic Italian Elegance

Italiana
A menu inspired by the dishes that bring Italian families together. This experience takes its inspiration from Sunday lunches, family celebrations and recipes passed from one generation to the next: simple food, prepared with care, where the quality of the ingredients and the feeling around the table matter just as much as the presentation. The style is classic Italian at heart, with familiar flavours, handmade elements and generous dishes that feel comforting without becoming heavy or old-fashioned. The goal is to recreate that feeling of being welcomed into an Italian family home: good food arriving at the table, stories being shared, glasses being filled and nobody feeling rushed. It is a personal and relaxed dining experience built around tradition, hospitality and the kind of food people remember long after the evening is over. The experience can be adapted to dietary requirements and personal preferences. **Prices start from €75 per person, depending on the number of guests and final menu selection.**- Classic Italian Aperitif- Antipasti Misti- Burrata with Sundried Tomatoes- Porcini Ravioli with Truffle- Beef in Barolo- Grand Dessert Sharing

Inverno Italiano – Signature Winter Menu

A refined winter journey through modern Italian cuisine, built around deep seasonal flavours, handmade elements and elegant plating. Think truffle, roasted roots, rich sauces and warm spices, balanced by acidity and lighter touches so the menu still feels refined rather than heavy.- Assaggio- Antipasto- Primo- Secondo- Dolce

ItalianChef Best Sellers

A menu built from the dishes that guests have loved most over the years. These are the courses that have been requested again and again for private dinners, celebrations and special occasions, and together they represent the style that has become most closely associated with ItalianChef.nl. The experience moves from generous Italian antipasti and fresh Mediterranean flavours into handmade pasta, deep slow-cooked beef and a celebratory dessert finale. It is a menu that combines comfort, refinement and familiar Italian flavours, with each course prepared and finished on location so the evening still feels personal and special. If you are discovering ItalianChef.nl for the first time and want to experience some of the dishes our guests remember most, this is the menu I would recommend. The experience can be adapted to dietary requirements and personal preferences. **Prices start from €75 per person, depending on the number of guests and final menu selection.**- Sicilian Tuna Tartare- Ravioli Porcini & Tartufo- Antipasto Misto- Gran Dessert Italiano- Manzo al Barolo

Great experience. The team was very adaptable and ensured everyone enjoyed themselves with fantastic food. Our group was about 18 people, including some children, in a tight space, but they handled it very well.

Chef Terenzio was amazing! He prepared an amazing authentic Italian Christmas dinner, for me and my friends. His communication was fast, he is very professional and friendly. And the quality was perfect; full flavours and a good 'build up' in the menu. It was super fun that he presented the dishes. Thank you again Terenzio!

I can highly recommend Terenzio - what a talented chef and wonderful guy! Terenzio cooked a 4 course meal for my mother's 75th birthday and it was perfect in every way. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Terenzio was also happy to accommodate my needs for gluten-free and vegetarian options and I was impressed by his attention to detail and care. Terenzio shared his passion for food and personal stories in a friendly, open manner, but was also discreet and highly professional. The kitchen was indeed left cleaner than when he arrived and the whole evening was utterly fabulous. Thank you Terenzio!!

We had the best night with Terenzio. He is very kind and made sure we had nothing to worry about during dinner. During the preparations it was nice that Terenzio offered different options for the menu, so that all dietary requirements were taken into account. The food itself was great, very high quality and more than enough for everyone. Afterwards he left the kitchen cleaner than how it was before he started. I would definitely recommend Terenzio.

We had the pleasure of getting Chef Terenzio for our anniversary when the full Amsterdam was in lockdown. And what an experience it was! Our Italian chef was on time, extremely respectful of our space and left it cleaner than before. The food was Mama Mia!! It is by far one of the best ravioli I have had. The starter, main course and desert were worth more than the price charged and we even had leftovers for next day. Overall a 5 star experience in the comfort of our home.
