I have 5 years working as personal chef and events.

I was to college of culinary (Gastronomia by UNESA)

I had a trainee time in big hotels and bakeries where I found my passion.

I was Sous-chef at a French Bakery.

I created a dessert inspired by Bruce Cake. Is a Bruce Cake filled with chocolate and passion fruit and Meringue, I call it Bruce’s Passion.
