Hello! My name is Alessio, italian Chef, I'm 35 and I've 15 years of experience in the hospitality industries. I've passion for the food and this bring me to get graduate in culinary art in the college.

I learned different types of cuisine and I keep my self informed about trends, various dietary requirements and new techniques of cuisine. At the moment I decided to cook for private small events for make the customers experience unique and unforgettable.

I'm available to cook many kinds of foods, using ingredients from all over the world, cuisine like Thailandese, Indian, north eastern European, Italian, Japanese, Moroccan, Lebanese and also fusion. I hope to had informed an half about me and my dedication. I'll see you soon!

3 courses Menù:

Starter- confit tomatoes soup 


Main course - low temp cooked beef (entrecote) , grilled vegetables, smoked potato cream and reduction of red wine.

Dessert - choose, tiramisù, worm Apple Crumble with custard cream, Cream Brulé with waffles, berries Panna Cotta.

4 courses Menù:

For start - blanced Oyster 🦪 caviar, shallots and spring onions.

First course - Risotto with courgettes cream and prawns.

Second course - white fish roulade, seasonal vegetables and white bisque 🦞.

Dessert - Lemon cheese cake with Manuka honey.

*Note: I would like to introduce also a fresh and sober Mediterranean cuisine. With seasonal ingredients. A revisitation of the Mediterranean cuisine and traditions.
New menus can be created on request.
