My passion for cooking didn’t come from a traditional academic path, but from a deep love I nurtured over many years as my greatest hobby. In a way, I was born into it: my mother, Franca, was a cook and owned both a restaurant and a trattoria for several years when I was young.

Over time, I felt the need to turn this passion into something more.

Driven by a strong desire to learn and to refine my skills, I set out on a journey to elevate this hobby to a higher level—one I approached from the very beginning with rigor in method and precision in technique.
