I'm a private chef with over 15 years of experience, born and raised in Piedmont, a region that taught me the value of raw ingredients and cooking with passion and respect for tradition. I've worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and international kitchens, including St. Moritz, where I honed my technique and learned to bring a unique touch to every dish.
My cuisine combines Piedmontese roots with contemporary creativity: I love starting with simple, seasonal ingredients and transforming them into surprising, tailor-made culinary experiences.
My favorite dish? A creamy risotto with seasonal ingredients, a symbol of my journey: technique, elegance, and the ability to express the region in every bite.
For me, cooking means creating memorable moments, because around a table, we share not just dishes, but emotions.
