My career has taken me through some of London’s most prestigious kitchens, including working for the legendary Raymond Blanc s bakery ,Maison blanc , as well as at esteemed establishments such as Soho House, Alfred’s Private Club in Mayfair, and the iconic Rules Restaurant.

Rising through the ranks to Head Chef, I’ve spent years perfecting my craft, creating dishes that balance classic techniques with contemporary flair. My passion for gastronomy led me to open my own restaurant, Lime & Lemon, in Benalmádena — now regarded as one of the area’s top dining destinations.
