I’ve been working as a Chef since 2009. Since then, I’ve been developing my professional experience in different performing gastronomic functions for several commercial establishments. I also have professional training to elaborate and execute menus in diverse cuisines such as Mediterranean, Asian and Brazilian.

Besides being experienced in developing and executing menus, I’ve also worked with food and labour costing, coaching and training staff, managing rosters, and purchasing and ordering from suppliers.

Having worked in diverse areas of gastronomy, in operational and management positions, makes me a complete professional, who knows how to adapt and work for the best results.
