Ik was via Chef Maison op Merlin en Sebastiaan gestuit terwijl ik op zoek was naar een thuis chef om mijn verjaardag te vieren. Wat begon als een diner voor 10 personen eindigde in een groep van 20. Ten alle tijden was de communicatie super, was men flexibel en dacht goed mee.
We hebben enorm genoten van de ambiance, de service en natuurlijk het overheerlijke eten! Alle bordjes gingen leeg terug naar de keuken dus dat is het beste compliment ;).

Mauro kwam koken in een door ons gehuurd huis. We waren met 10 vriendinnen vanuit onze studietijd. Heerlijk om ‘thuis’ te kunnen eten en niet zelf te hoeven koken na een dag op stap te zijn geweest. Mauro is rustig, flexibel, aardig en snel. Hij had alles bij zich en we kregen een heerlijk 4 gangen menu. Hij liet een gepoetste keuken achter. Wij waren heel tevreden. Een aanrader!

Wat een superervaring! Afgelopen zondag was Chef Steffie bij ons. Ik heb de deur voor haar geopend, 1,5 uur later zaten we met 7 personen aan tafel en hebben we 2,5 uur genoten van de lekkerste en mooist opgemaakte gerechten. En nadat we uitgegeten waren en nagepraat hadden was ook de keuken weer spik en span. Echt een aanrader!

Chef Sherwin made us lunch and dinner in our own kitchen and it was sublime!! Everything was delicious!
Also communication was good, he was on time, very friendly and proffesional. I would definitely recommend him if you want a special dinner.

Wij zochten voor onze bruiloft een chef die zowel vlees/vis als veganistische gerechten kon bereiden. Dit hebben we met Sherwin zeker goed in weten te vullen. Het was allemaal heel smaakvol en ook bijzonder. Over onder andere de lekkere Vegan Cheesecake hebben de gasten het nog steeds. Sherwin dacht daarnaast goed mee met wat er extra nodig was qua bediening van de gasten, meubels etc. Wel was er een andere kok ziek waardoor er last minute wat in personeel geschoven moest worden. Communicatie was prettig en hij bracht een ontspannen sfeer mee. Kortom, erg tevreden!.

We hebben een heerlijk diner gehad van Wouter. Verrassend en zeer smaakvol. Goede service en prima communicatie. Zeer goed aanvoelend wat we nodig hadden. Het telefonisch contact wat we via de website van ChefMaison hadden was niet goed. Haperend en steeds wegvallend. Gelukkig na de betaling, via onze eigen nummers goed contact gehad met Wouter.

We experienced her passion and professionalism from the minute we started interacting, and all communication was always done in a friendly and timely manner.
Chef Fay created an amazing menu for us with seasonal produce and managed to take us on a flavor journey unlike any other. She arrived well prepared with everything she needed and you could clearly tell that hours of preparation have already gone into the various elements.
On top of being so well prepared, chef Fay is also extremely flexible and able to create the most amazing things in a heartbeat! An hour before our guests were due to arrived I enquired as to whether an additional course (amuse) would be possible, and even though this is never an ideal request, Fay did not hesitate to quickly get some fresh items from the AH and make this happen in the most amazing way imaginable.
Chef Fay was absolutely lovely to have around; friendly, warm, spontaneous, courteous and so incredibly professional and polite. It was so lovely to enjoy the evening with our friends while glancing into the kitchen now and again to admire chef Fay at work, and then listen to her explain more about her creations with so much love and passion.
She brought beautiful cutlery and crockery for every course and all courses were served with seamless elegance!
Every course was absolutely gorgeous to look at but tasted even better than it looked. Chef Fay’s food is honest, sophisticated but not pretentious, modern and flavorful yet honoring some traditional elements, and full of imagination and surprise.
Our guests could not stop talking about the food, and the manner in which chef Fay prepared and served it; and we share their sentiments! One of our guests kept saying “she’s a true natural professional” - and I think that says it all!
We are more than thankful and appreciative for every single effort that went into making this evening unforgettable! It was perfection!
